Last Night in Halifax second place in Press 53's contest
I was so honoured that my short story, Last Night in Halifax, came in second place in Press 53's international short fiction contest. This story, about a life sustaining friendship, was really meaningful to write and I’m so happy it was so well received. It appears in a longer version in my upcoming Guernica Editions collection, Things That Cause Inappropriate Happiness in a story called Love Me Til I’m Ne Again.
